A place where Dizzy and Charlie birthed bebop. A haven, where artists in the 40's held some of the most notable jam sessions this side of the Hudson. JC Hopkins was a regular artist here (Norah Jones, Queen Ester, Madeline Peyroux). I'm extremely aware of the space's history, and excited to participate in its legacy, featuring a wave of music from the next generation of Harlemites.
