Sample our bright and bold new spring menu dishes (spoiler: there’s matcha, lemon, tamarind and ube) through an open-kitchen, hands-on cooking experience. Try a little bit of everything while sipping on a special selection of wines handpicked by Master Sommelier, Catherine Fallis.
